List of FAQ

What is the advantage of using microwave unit? Is there any differences between the conventional external heating system?

There are some special characteristics of microwave heating compare to the conventional heating. The following are the Characteristics of microwave heating.

Internal Heating
High-speed Heating, Selection Heating
High Heating efficiency, Quick Response and Temperature Control
Uniform Heating, Clean Energy
Good working environment and Operability

For detail, see the"Characteristics of Microwave Heating", 4th chapter in "Basics of Microwave"

What is the difference between the family type microwave oven?

The structure of Industrial Batch Type Microwave Oven is very similar to the family type oven.

Industrial type is larger than the family type.

Magnetron is used to oscillate the microwaves.

Waveguides will lead microwaves to the applicator.

Heated object in the applicator will be irradiated by the microwaves.

By using microwave irradiation, the heated object will generate heat on their own.

The differences from the family type microwave oven are as follows.

1: The life of the eqipment lasts longer.

2: Industrial type microwave ovens are designed and structured as customer requests

And we manufacture your own unit, meeting your needs and satisfaction.

Is it possible to do a sample test before installation?

Yes, certainly is possible.

There are Batch Type Heating Apparatus(Microwave Oven), href="/en/products/index.html#a">Continuous Heating Device, Waveguide Heating Device, etc.

Please contact us first, to tell us your needs and requests.

Are there any expendables?

Yes there are some expandables. It depends on the structure of heating device.

So please tell us the details at first. And even if the specification of microwave heating device is different, magnetron is a common expandables.

Magnetron is a type of tube has filament that emitts electrons.

Magnetron's life ends when it doesn't emit required amount of electrons.

Please tell us your support system after purchase.

Plese contact our sales division to talk to whom in charge of your project.

The person wo is in charge of your project will respond to your needs and requests.

What is the difference between other brand's product?

We design and manufacture our apparatuses using our own microwave device.

Therefore, we can flexibly respond to each customer's needs and cases.

It is possible for us to develop "Reach for the itch" products.

Tell me the relationship between microwave heating and dielectric constant?

For detail, see the "The principle of Microwave Heating", 3rd chapter in "Basics of Microwave"

With the same microwave power irradiation, the larger the dielectric loss factorεr・tanδ, the more microwave power absorbs to the material, and therefore, temperature of the material goes higher.

Dielectric loss factorεr・tanδis equal to dielectric constant εr and dielectric power factor tanδ of material added.

Is there any licenses or qualification of microwave equipment?

総務省への届出が必要です。当社で手続きを代行することも出来ます。

What is the difference between induction heating and dielectric heating?

For high-frequency dielectric heating

The applicator is equipped with two electrodes to create a high frequency electric field.

The work will be heated by an electric field when it is placed in between the two electrodes.

Oscillator is connected to the electrodes using wire.

Since radio waves leaks from the wire to the outside, it is necessary to have countermeasure to satisfy not only measures of safety, but also to satisfy the strict regulations of the Radio Law.

Microwave heating also heats work in the field, but electrodes are not necessary.

Waveguides are used in between the oscillator to the applicator, so radio waves doesn't leak outside.

For high-frequency induction heating

The metal affected by the high-frequency magnetic field, will generate heat by joule losses and hysteresis losses.

A good example of high-frequency induction heating is IH cooking machine.

When a thick metal pot is placed on the IH cooker and turned on, high frequency current flows through the coil to cause high frequency magnetic field.

The pot wil generate heat by joule losses and hysteresis losses caused by the high frequency magnetic field.

So the food in the pot will be cooked by heat.

In IH cooking, the cooker will directly heat only the pot on high frequency magnetic field.

In contrast, microwave heats the food directly in the microwave oven.
